1) exract the zip file
2) run "Rail Bustle.exe" and play
3) read "user's manual.txt" for tips about controls and mechanics

As you start without money, how do you start a new game?
Hi!
Add at least 2 cities to contract network (top button in city menu) and get pre-paid contracts from these cities.
It's recommended to add to contract network firstly the city, in which you can buy Loco and Wagons, so you can immediately load wagons at the same place, where you bought them.
